The Details of the Question
Assalamu Alaikum, I am in a big problem, I live in USA and drive taxi I make more than enough money for myself but I have to send lots of money to my parents who are not living with me so after everything and giving money to charity not much money is left so do I have to get married because I wouldn't be able to support my wife and children well, I have decided to not get married in my lifetime and spend my life studying Islam, is my decision wrong? The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
If you have no financial difficulty, we suggest that you marry. Perhaps donations that you make will not be as much as they used to be but we should be aware that the money we spend for our families is also alms. We do not think that your marriage life can prevent you from learning Islam.
