How do I rectify this mistake in a prayer?

A Brief Description of the Question:
Assalam O Alikum
During a 4 rakat prayer, If i remember in the 3rd that I had forgotten to recite surah fatiha in the 2nd rakat. How do i have to rectify the mistake ?
The Answer:
At the end of the Salah, you must perform prostration for forgetfulnes (sajdah sahw).
