A Brief Description of the Question:
there is a custom in many places that some people will go to the tombstone of great shaikhs and will ask their help to offer for them(preying people) in front of allah. is this allowed in islam or not?
The Answer:
We don not make comment about individuals. But the Illustrious Practices of the Prophet (PBUH) is clear. If one acts in accordance with the Illustrious sunnah, he is on the right path, otherwise he is not.
