The Details of the Question
i gave first revocable divorce to my wife on 26 aug. now on 6 oct, i want to take her back while she is in iddah. can i take her back by words only or sexual intercourse is must. if must, then i am now in adifferent country and intercourse not possible in prescribed iddah. what shall i do The Answer

We advice the brother who said this words to go to Mufti or Imam (official learned in Islamic law who is in charge of Islamic affairs for a province or district) and to tell the situation and to behave inaccordance with it.
